The fee arrangement is similar for Wills. For a husband/wife will, including a "Living Will" andHealth Care Power of Attorney, my fees generally range between $300-500.

Most personal injury cases are handled on a contingent fee, that is, I receive a percentage of any recovery. If there is no recovery, there is no fee, but clients are responsible for costs and expenses incurred.

All other cases are handled on an hourly basis. My customary charge is $150 per hour. After the initial consultation, I can give you an estimate of fees and costs.
